To make Verona bomboniera favors, snip off a length of the imported Italian two-ply ribbon with five segments (about 15"). Place one almond inside each pocket. Grabbing hold of the ends of two tension strings sewn into the lip, pull the material gently away from the strings at one end. Repeat on the other side. Tie a secure knot and hot glue the fabric seams if necessary. Decorate!
