Cut: Snip off a 14.5-inch length of wide ribbon
Fill: Lay 5 Jordan almonds in the center.
Gather: Locate the ends of the two tension strings sewn into top edge. Gently pull the fabric away from both ends strings on the top to gather the fabric and tie; repeat with the string sewn into the bottom edge. Then tie the top and bottom parts together, and watch the puffy round shape form.
Finish: Fit the tube together and secure with a drop of hot glue along the seam.
