Gingham is a two-ply ribbon. On one side is a gingham fabric. On the other side is organza, which is nice because it allows you to see the sugared almonds inside. Gingham fabric is made in Italy. It is sold by the roll. Each roll makes 50 favors.
The finished favors are about 4 1/2" wide.

The Gingham Butterfly DIY ribbon roll is a sweet and playful option for baby showers and birthdays.
Product: Two-ply gingham ribbon roll cut into a butterfly shape — gingham fabric on one face, organza on the other.
Color: Blue
Pockets: 5 (2 almond holders + butterfly face + 2 more almond holders)
Yield: 1 roll makes 50 favors, about 4 inches wide when assembled.
Cut: Snip off a length of two-ply ribbon containing the butterfly-shaped section: two almond holders, the butterfly face, and two more almond holders.
Fill: Insert 1 Jordan almond into each of the 5 pockets, including the butterfly face.
Gather: Locate the ends of the two tension strings sewn into the lip. Gently pull the fabric away from the strings on one end, then repeat on the opposite side.
Finish: Tie a secure knot. Apply hot glue to the fabric seams if needed.
