Oak leaf design, in spring colors. Trentino pocketed ribbon comes in sage-green, beige-ivory and light pink. (For fall hues, see Trentino Fall rolls.) Each roll makes 50 flowers that are about 4 1/2" diameter. Trentino is made in Italy.
To make Trentino, snip off a length of two-ply ribbon with five peaks. Place one almond inside the pocketed ribbon. Grabbing hold of the ends of two tension strings sewn into the lip, pull the material gently away from the strings at one end. Repeat on the other side. Tie a secure knot. Decorate!
