Making A Purchase We appreciate your businesss. Confetti Flowers accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, from verifiable US and Canadian addresses. We accept payment by check from US banks. (Contact us by email for instructions.)
If your billing address does not match your card number, your order will be delayed as we seek the correct information. Note that in the case of debit cards, a billing address mismatch may cause your bank to put the invoice amount on hold for 1-2 days, even though we have cancelled the transaction to seek the correct information.
Upon ordering, we will charge your card and send out goods within a few days, or inform you if there will be an unusual delay. Custom Confetti Flowers from Italy, and certain Confetti Ribbon rolls, may be special order and may take 4 - 6 weeks. We will be sure to inform you.

Shipping And Handling Dear International Customers:
Confetti Flowers ships to some international locations world wide via United Parcel Service (UPS) and Unites States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and First Class Small Package service.
If you have time and wish to save money, choose the less expensive US Postal Service option, which typically takes 6-10 business days. Items weighing less than 4 lbs (1.8 kilo) can be sent via First Class, which typically take 5-10 business days.
But if you have ordered something expensive and want to able to track your package with a tracking number, you will want to choose UPS. Please be aware that Confetti Flowers is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. UPS does charge a brokerage fee. You may review UPS's Country Regulations for more information.

Delivery Schedule Please note that many of our items are produces specifically for your event, and will require 3-5 weeks processing. Some other items, such as daisies, bouquet holders, sealed boxes of almonds, ribbon flowers and pics will be in stock at our warehouse. If you have any concerns about timing, please send us an email.
When your order comes in, we will deliver it to you immediately. We are based in NJ, in the northeast United States. Delivery to the west coast can take 2-7 days.

Returns Policy We are quite sure that you will be delighted with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within one week of receiving your order to discuss an exchange or return authorization. If a return is approved, we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that customized orders, perishable products and confectionery merchandise are absolutely not returnable. Because candy flowers are food items, confetti candy flowers and opened boxes of almonds cannot be returned.
Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued.

How to make confetti flowers:
• From a bolt of ribbon, cut off a length of special pocketed ribbon, sometimes called coccarde.
• Insert a sugared almond into each petal.
• Pull the double tension strings together to form a flower.
• Insert a floral or sparkly accent in the middle for a finishing touch.
